We recently moved. We changed nothing on the app and when we installed the Canary in our new home, it doesn’t realize we are home. We have restarted the app, changed our address, enlarged our geofence and can’t figure it out. We are paying members and are very unhappy that this has not been resolved. Please help us solve this problem! We have the original Canary that sits on the counter and gives notifications. Thanks!
