App error - communications issue with server

Am trying to set up account in order to set up cameras. I keep receiving an error message stating “there as an issue communicating with the server - please try again later”. Have been trying for over 30 minutes. Any ideas?

I’m having the same issue-- Won’t even let me create an account, and it sending a billion emails…
