Anyone from Canary monitoring App Store reviews? Generally, the reviews are really bad - clearly customers are not happy. However, some good feedback within the reviews for Canary, but only if someone is paying attention.
Just wanted to reach out and let you know that we do actively monitor our App Store reviews as well as other review channels. We’re always looking for ways to improve and the voice of our customers is the main source for the decisions we make.
