Looks like this is not a new issue. Bought a 3-pack of canary flexes. Two work ok, one doesn’t charge. Always shows 27%. It’s inside, the temp is 70F.
It’s been two days of working with support to resolve the issue, which has been incredibly frustrating. Turn around time is 24 hours. Do you guys have support on the other side of the world? Each day the support person asks me to do trivial things that I’ve already read about in the FAQs. Is there a number I can call and quickly resolve the issue?
