Disappointed with the company. I have been working with support about my Canary Flex as it doesn’t respond to anything nor does it try to reset. Support yesterday told me there is nothing they can do and offered a 25% discount to purchase a new one. I have been a customer since 3/2016 with the all-one Canary and than adding a flex. The flex is 2 1/2 years old, thus not covered under warranty. But disappointing as I would have expected the product to last longer than 2 1/2 years. Looks like I may not be renewing my membership and moving to another company with a more reliable product.
