Canary Flex issues with being very dark


Hey guys! I’m a Canary user for atleast 2 years now. I have 3 Canary indoor cams and recently got a Canary Flex. Since the second day of having the Canary Flex installed all of a sudden during the day it goes very dark. Sunlight is out and all but from one minute to the other it just goes very dark. Came home and reset the camera and it started working fine again. Now a week later it went very dark again and the sunlight is still out. Resetting the camera instantly fixes the issue but I can’t reset it all the time especially when I’m at work. This canary flex is plugged in to a power source 24/7

That sounds like a very unusual situation. I’d recommend submitting a ticket to our support team so they can take a look and help troubleshoot with you.
