Canary steady white light


My canary stays at a white light even though my device shows it is offline. After going through numerous power cycles I get nowhere. What can I do mind this is my third device.

Experiencing the same thing. Tired multiple power cycles, tried booting w/ yellow cable plugged in…nothing, dead. Emailed support, need replacement sent unless there is some other solution to try.
