Cannot set up used Canary All in One


Hi there

I have purchased a used Canary but it just will not connect to the internet.

I’ve tried connecting via the yellow cable to my phone, and using Ethernet and Wifi.

The App just starts the setup process and tries to connect the device to the internet, the status bar gets about half way across the screen and then freezes, before chucking up an error message about connecting my device to a secure wifi connection.

The light is solid white. I have two other devices in my location.

I just cannot get this device connected to the internet no matter what i try. Could it be a fault?
