Delay in Home Health data


Hi there!

Canary is showing home health data delayed by 5 1/2 up to 6 hrs. Any idea why this is happening?



@Martin107 Thanks for letting us know! You are correct we are seeing some sensor reading delays for a small set of our customer base. You can expect at least one to two hours of delays in the processing of your readings. The fix has already been put into place by Canary engineers but it will take some additional time to catch up.
