Duplicate notifications?

I have two Canary All-In-One devices and the premium membership. For some reason, the past month, I have been getting duplicate notifications every time something happens at home. Whenever someone leaves home or returns home, I get two notifications of the event on both my iPhone and my Apple Watch. Any idea what would cause duplicate notifications, or how to fix it?

A couple of things:

  • Can you confirm that you are receiving two sets of alerts on each device not just one on each device (i.e. total of 4 alerts for each notification?)
  • Can you delete any and all versions of Canary you have on your device and reinstall and see if the issue persists?
  • Are all the Canary devices set to the same single location?
