Flex Reddish Screen view


My home unit is crystal clear, but just received my new flex and its reddish/purple look while viewing outside from my deck. Almost like a night mode but checked all my settings. Any ideas on how to fix this? thanks

A red, pink, or purple tint to your Canary’s video feed means that the infrared filter has gotten stuck in place in front of the camera lens. You can find troubleshooting steps to resolve this problem in this help center article:
