Why is my Canary Home Health status continuously at the “Preparing sensor data. Check back tomorrow!” stage? Waiting weeks and power cycling and no change. Works fine through the same app to another camera. Ideas?
Sorry to hear your HomeHealth isn’t working properly! If powercycling the Canary hasn’t helped, I’d recommend opening a ticket or doing chat support with our support team. They’ll be able to investigate a bit deeper into what’s going on.
