Sorry to hear about the trouble! Would you mind going into a little more detail about the problem you’re having? Are you trying to pair a Canary All-in-One or a Canary Flex? Is this your first time installing?
If you’ve installed this Canary before, as long as you didn’t remove it from your account you won’t need to pair it again. Just log into the app with the same email you used for the app on your old phone, and you’ll automatically have access again. If that’s not working, let me know and we can dig in further!
