When I open the app on my iPhone the insurance savings ad pops up. I try and click “Skip” but the ad just slides down the bottom of the screeen and immediately pops back up. I cannot get into the app at all. I tried deleting and reinstalling the application but it didn’t help at all. How do I fix this? The canary is USELESS if I cannot access the app.
Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with the app. A few things to immediately suggest giving a try if you haven’t yet:
- Restart your device
- Uninstall the Canary app and re-install it through the App Store
