Long landing for home health


Only with the recent app update are we seeing one to two minute load times for the home health data… seems like a long time to me if it is recording it as a log? Am I missing something?

Sorry to hear about the trouble! I would recommend rebooting your phone, and if that doesn’t help log out of the app then log back in. If neither of these seems to improve load times go ahead and open a ticket with our support team so they can investigate further.
