I am trying to download a video that is viewable on the browser, but it is not showing up in my mobile app Events/Timeline. Can I create a ticket to get the video sent to my email? If yes, how do I create the ticket? I thought there was a way on the app through the Help button, but now it only shows “Restart Home Screen Tutorial” and “Restart Timeline Tutorial”.
(Aside: Since trying to do this, I have noticed that quite a few videos are not showing up in my app timeline.)
