My Canary devices are sending notifications with time stamps that are 2 hours later than the current time. For example events happening at 8:45 are being stamped as 10:45. Is there a fix? I thought the units got their first time from the app when it received location information and then simply kept accurate time.
The time stamps that are used in Canary downloads are based on UTC.
As for the timeline, that should be based on your location settings. Other people with this issue have reported that a power cycle of the devices affected may fix your issue.
I would also recommend that you ensure that your phone and location of the Canary devices are fully set up to the correct time zone.
