Video but no audio in Watch Live


I have video, but no audio in Watch Live. Also, when I press the button for two-way speak, I used to hear the chirp on my phone as the button went green, but again no noise now.


It may be obvious, but I want to make sure that you have your volume settings set correctly.

Can you try the following:

  1. Go into Canary
  2. Turn the ringer switch to “On” (not vibrate) and push the “Up Volume” button all the way
  3. Open Control Center
  4. Raise the volume bar all the way to the top
  5. Ensure that you do not have any bluetooth audio devices connected
  6. Repeat the issue

With volume set in that way do you still not hear anything?
