Why is am I having such a delay in video on the Canary Flex? Nothing is showing live when I click watch now I have a 30 second to 1 minute delay, and my broadband is running 117Mb down and 15mb up.
We’d need some more information to diagnose and work with you on this issue. Can you go to Speedtest.net and share your result with us?
Additionally, where is your Flex located (indoors or outdoors). Is it powered or on Battery? How close is it to your router? And as for the delay, what type of delay are you seeing, how long is it?
Also have you updated to the newest application and what firmware are you running?
If you haven’t tried updating to the newest app, please give that a try and see if that solves your issue.
