White led blinking (twice per second), firmware 1.2.1


Hi there,

I had my Canary All-In-One disconnected for a (longer) while.
Now after starting it, it stays in the “white led blinking” mode and does not connect.

I already

  • restarted several times
  • reconnected to Wifi
  • tried ethernet connection

but the situation does not change. The mobile app show “offline” and firmware version “v1.2.1”.
Any ideas how to bring the device back to life?

I’m sorry to hear this Canary is giving you trouble! Since you’re on older firmware, I’d recommend opening a ticket with our support team so they can assist you further. Please be sure to include the serial number of the Canary in your support ticket, as well as the email address associated with your Canary account.
